JUICY BURGER FROM 100% BEEF
McDonald’s™ high-quality beef comes from abattoirs, which meet or exceed EU approval standards and also comply with McDonald’s™ Europe additional quality requirements.
All beef patties in our core menu are made from 100% beef with no additives or fillers of any kind. McDonald’s™ uses only cuts of the high-quality boneless muscle meat from the flank, forequarter and hindquarter.
The beef patties are cooked on two platen grills and the only ingredient that is added after cooking is a seasoning of salt and pepper. That gives them their delicious taste.

FLUFFY BUNS
McDonald’s™ buns are produced in a separate production line at our supplier's plant, they contain no preservatives and the procedures followed give the bread its natural and distinct flavor.
CHICKEN: FRIED OR GRILLED?
The chicken products used in our restaurants are pre-cooked and immediately frozen, excluding the presence of pathogens, and fried in 100% vegetable oil or cooked on the grill.
WORLD FAMOUS FRIES
Hot, fresh and crispy: these are the famous McDonald’s™ french fries! Our priority is to maintain their high quality by using the best varieties of potatoes while serving them only with a little salt and no trace of preservatives and additives.
FRESH VEGETABLES
Iceberg lettuce, fresh onions and tomatoes are continuously checked and carefully selected. They are thoroughly washed and cut according to McDonald’s™ specifications.
AUTHENTIC COFFEE EXPERIENCE
We select coffee beans of the highest quality blend to ensure that we serve a great cup of coffee, whereas the slow roasting gives them their distinctive aroma. All of our coffee originates from ecologically sustainable Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms.
