Our Crew are the example of teamwork! Every crew member is a team player, punctual, skillful and most of all, curious: either working in the kitchen, service or dining area they are exposed to new information every day! In a short period of time, they learn to manage their time even when they are outside of the restaurant, thus successfully combining: their shifts with their private life and personal interests!

Crew Trainers

Crew trainers are responsible for passing on their knowledge to the newest members of the team, providing them with the opportunity to learn about the different working positions that exist at the restaurant. They are also responsible for the integration of the training programs and the proper implementation of the procedures aiming for customer satisfaction.

Guest Experience Leaders – GEL

They project our professional image to the public; they are the first person the guests greet on their way in and the last on their way out of our restaurants. Every Guest Experience Leader loves to come in contact with people; they are welcoming, professional, insightful and creative by nature, while it’s their job to make visitors feel welcomed, be in charge of special events and come up with new solutions -all, with a big bright smile!

Shift Managers

Thanks to the special development paths, whoever becomes part of McDonald’sΤΜ as a Crew Member can progress and become a Manager in a short period of time and lead the team of which he/she remains an integrant part of. It is a position of responsibility: every manager is in charge of the restaurant’s operation as well as organizing the workflow, always keeping in mind that a calm atmosphere and proper coordination can make the difference.

Exhibits organizational Skills. Adaptive and flexible both on an administrative and functional level. Demonstrates attention to detail. Encourages teamwork and is devoted to customer service.

2^nd Assistant Manager

Supports the Restaurant Manager and the 1st Assistant Manager in all of their administrative duties. He/she oversees the procedures regarding quality, service, cleanliness and safety protocols during every shift, by ensuring the coordination of the Crew, products and equipment.

1^st Assistant Manager

Acts supportively to the Restaurant Manager in all administrational duties. Must be quick-witted and able to make the right decisions, while also demonstrating leadership skills. He/she is in charge of supervising the restaurant teams, as well as their training and recruitment. Moreover, he/she ensures that all of the quality and safety procedures in our restaurants are being followed and participates actively in the analysis of sales projections and results.

Restaurant Manager

Being a Restaurant Manager is like being in charge of a large family; you are the head of the team, but the team’s success depends on how well all members cooperate! This is why a Restaurant Manager must exhibit decisiveness when it comes to authority, as well as ambition. A motivated Crew Member can become Restaurant Manager in only 3 years’ time and could be handling 50 people on average, even before the age of 27!
